Ruckus earned his Champion title at just 11 months old, earning a Puppy of Achievement Award. He is an Epic and Tanzi son, owned by Nicole Hargrave.
Ruckus is an easy-going boy, who has never met a stranger. Ruckus works as a therapy dog through Alliance of Therapy Dogs. He makes regular visits to hospices, nursing homes, and has even been to Universal Studios. Ruckus shines as a therapy dog while volunteering with READing Paws, where he visits local libraries to have young children read to him. Ruckus is a great example of the versatility that well-bred MAS have, going from a therapy dog visit to competing in Barn Hunt in the same day.
Ruckus has earned his Rally Advanced title, DCAT and CAA titles. Ruckus truly shines when it comes to nose work, earning his Barn Hunt RATO title with very minimal training. Ruckus ended the 2024 season as a Top 10 MAS for Barn Hunt Novice title earners. Ruckus also competes in North American Sport Dog Association (NASDA) trials, earning titles in Urban Locating, Trailing and Locating, and Shed. He has earned several High in Trials in both Barn Hunt and NASDA. Ruckus has been training in scent work and will soon be entering trials. Ruckus has shown that he has great potential in agility and dock diving. He will continue his training in both events and hopefully start competing in the near future.
When Ruckus isn't training and competing, he enjoys playing fetch with his owner's nieces and being a fabulous travel companion. Ruckus lives in Orlando with two other Dynasty dogs and a dachshund. He has been a great "big brother" to his owner's puppy, who frequently tags along with him to trials. Ruckus frequently visits Kim in Georgia, where he enjoys playing with other Dynasty dogs and Kim's Affenpinschers. Ruckus is equally happy curled up on the couch, as he is running FAST Cat.
Ruckus just sired his first litter of puppies in March of 2024! He has turned into quite a stunning dog. He is standing at stud to approved females, live cover, or fresh shipped. He does bring nice bone to his offspring and a great temperament.
